To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phtaya1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
phtaya1's total liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
You may close your phtaya1 account at any time by contacting support at support@phtaya1.club. Upon voluntary closure, any available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.
phtaya1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. In cases where PAGCOR's dispute resolution process applies, players may first escalate unresolved complaints through phtaya1's internal complaint procedure before referring matters to PAGCOR. phtaya1 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mandated investigation or adjudication.
phtaya1 reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on record and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease all use of the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
